This months speaker will be Thad Starr from Pleasant Hill.
He will give a brief history of VSH queens. Their benefits, advantages and how they overcome mites. Also, the advantages of fall requeening.
September 18th Speaker
This months speaker will be Dr. Solensky, Allergist from the Corvallis Clinic.
He will be speaking on bee stings and allergic reactions.
August 21st Meeting
This months speaker will be Jeff Green from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. He will be speaking on Oregon honey extraction and labeling guidelines and regulations.
July 17th Meeting
This months speaker will be Morris Ostrofsky. He will be speaking on “Preparing Your Bees for Winter in Summer”. Never to early to start preparing! Meeting starts at 6:30.
