2025 LBBA Field Day

The 2025 LBBA Field Day is full and registration is closed.

Date: Sunday, June 22

Time: 9:00 to 3:00

Place: Oak Creek Center for Urban Horticulture, 843 SW 35^th St, Corvallis

Cost: Free to current paid club members. To become of member of LBBA click here.

There will be two speakers in the morning. Small group, expert-led hive openings in the afternoon.

Things to bring: Veil, jacket or suit, gloves, lunch, drink and a lawn chair.

To attend, each person will be required to sign an OSU Waiver and Assumption of Risks Agreement during sign in.

This months speaker will be Andony Melathopoulos from OSU.

His topic is “Nectar and pollen plants of Oregon (reloaded)”.

Meeting starts at 6:30 in the Waldorf School gym in Corvallis.

This months speaker will be Dewey Carren and he will be speaking on “What to do in April-May/Bee Loss Survey Results”.

Our meeting will start at 6:30 at the Waldorf School in Corvallis.

Be sure to signup for our 2025 Bee School.

This months meeting will consist of a round table to discuss beekeeping and meet the 2025 board.

We will also be providing pizza!
